Terms and Conditions
1.- Mandatory deposit to book and send screenshot of payment.
2.- The remaining balance must be paid upfront before the services without any extensions, for Cancun, Tulum and Riviera Maya in cash only. For Los Cabos and Vallarta must be paid online.
3.- You agree that BEAUTY EXPERT MX is completely free to reserve the right not to provide the service if the total amount of this quote has not been paid in full on the day of your appointment. There will be no partial or total refund of the deposit.
4.- The deposit is non-refundable for any reason and cannot be used as part of the due balance when making a change in your services.
5.- You will not be able to use the phone, talk or be distracted during the service.
6.- If you cannot attend your appointment, you may transfer the service to another person as long as it is at the same time and place agreed upon.
7.- The client has a tolerance of 10 minutes for delay as long as she notifies that she will be late, otherwise the service will be terminated without issuing partial or total refunds and the remaining balance payment must be paid in full.
8.- If there's any factor from the client, her location, condition or attitude that doesn't allow me to do the makeup or hairstyle service this will be terminated and must be paid in full without issuing partial or total refunds.
9.- It is possible that the hotel charges a fee for the artist access, you will have to register the name of the makeup and hairstyle team and inform me of the protocols, requirements to access, room number and full name at least 24 hours before your appointment.
10.- If the hotel for any reason does not allow the artist to access the resort the service will be terminated and must be paid in full without issuing partial or total refunds.
11.- You can reschedule for a year at least 24 hours before your appointment.
12.- Quotes are valid for 24 hours, after the estimated time please check availability again.
13.- If you make the deposit the same day you want the service to be performed without having my authorization, the service will not be performed and there will be no partial or full refunds.
14.- Once the location to perform the makeup or hairstyle service has been agreed, there will be no last minute changes.
15.- If you decide not to take the makeup or hairstyle service, you will have to pay in full for the service previously booked.
16.- Groups: If one of the ladies does not attend her appointment on time, the service will be terminated for her and she will not be able to take it after everyone is ready, service must be paid in full without issuing partial or total refunds.
17.- You are obliged to inform before scheduling your appointment of your personal history of dermatological, immunological, systemic diseases, allergies or any circumstance that may alter or interfere with the service.
18.- You agree that BEAUTY EXPERT MX is completely free to reserve the right to not provide the service if you have any skin infection, cold sores, chicken pox, measles, severe infectious acne, bacterial conjunctivitis or any other skin condition including lice and fungus on the scalp that may be altered with the service.
19.- If the artist established for you is unable to perform the service due to illness, accident and other reasons beyond the professional's control, you agree that a replacement may be provided in full confidence of BEAUTY EXPERT MX to perform the services mentioned in the quote.
20.- Hairstyle: It is mandatory to wash your hair 15 hours before your appointment, free of salts, oils, conditioner, keeping it clean and completely dry. If you are wearing lace front or wig, must be applied by the client before the service.
21.- Makeup: Clean face, without makeup, creams and sunscreen.
22.- No kids allowed near the working area, if babies are crying please call them down or bring them to another place to let us work.
23.- You accept that you have read, your doubts have been clarified and you agree with everything mentioned when proceeding to make the deposit.
